The laundry facility includes a dryer however you are also provided with your own clothes line. Each apartment has a lock up garage, private courtyard complete with 8 seat outdoor entertainment setting.

The laundry and second toilet are downstairs and there is a storeroom at the back of the lock up garage. All townhouse apartments offer an outdoor clothesline.
