Why should I book using this website?

By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking. We also prioritise direct bookings for all early & late check outs where possible & our cancellation policy is more flexible, assessed on a case-by-case basis rather than the normal blanket effect.

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

As soon as the room is available you are more than welcome to Check-in. Standard check-in time is 2pm.

Can I arrive late?

Late check ins are accommodated by the inclusion of a key safe for every room. You will be sent your information the day of travel so no need to contact us if your running late.

Do you have undercover parking?

Yes, every room has undercover parking.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Townsville Holiday Apartments are non-smoking.

Do you have a restaurant?

No but there are plenty close by within walking distance from your door.

Do you have room service?

No, we don't provide room service.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, free WiFi is available in every room.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a pool & 2 BBQ areas, along with a large grassed yard for the kids to run & families to enjoy individual spaces.

How close are you to the shops?

The local coles centre is a short walk down Eyre St for groceries, chemist, newsagency & a butcher. The closest shopping centre Castletown & it’s a 10 minute drive where you’ll find loads of shops including Big W, Woolworths, Coles.

How close are you to restaurants?

Eateries including The Watermark, Annelay, The Seaview Hotel, Longboards, C-Bar, Shorehouse, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Dominos Pizza, Indian, Thai and Vietnamese. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

Do you have Foxtel?

No but all our TV’s are hardwired to the internet so you can stream all your favourite shows.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours are to be negotiated with management. Special consideration is given to direct bookings & return clientele.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure a room booking with full payment required the morning of your arrival. On occasion a $200 cash bond will be requested.

Do you have a gym?

No we don't have a gym.
